These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FleetHisab platform provided by Bhavna Infotech.

1. Service Description

FleetHisab is a fleet management and compliance platform designed for Indian truck fleet owners, including fleet management, expense tracking, compliance monitoring, alerts, reports, driver mode, and offline functionality.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age. Fleet owner accounts use OTP-based authentication via mobile number. Driver accounts use a 4-digit PIN set by the fleet owner.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

New users receive a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Pricing displayed in INR. See our Pricing page.

4. Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel at any time. 7-day money-back guarantee on first paid subscription. No partial-month refunds.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
