FleetHisab was founded by Bhavna Infotech, a technology company based in Gujarat, India. We started by talking to truck fleet owners — small operators running 2-3 trucks, medium fleet owners with 10-20, and large transporters managing 50+.
The story was always the same. Drivers lose paper receipts on the road. Compliance documents expire without anyone noticing until an RTO officer issues a challan. Diesel expenses are tracked in worn-out notebooks or not at all. Fleet owners have no visibility into where their money actually goes.
Existing solutions were either too expensive, too complicated, or simply not built for Indian conditions — they don't work offline, they don't support Hindi, and they assume reliable internet connectivity that simply doesn't exist on Indian highways.
So we built FleetHisab — a fleet management app that works the way Indian fleet owners actually work. Offline-first, Hindi-first, simple enough for drivers who may not be tech-savvy, and affordable enough for even single-truck owners.
