When you register and use FleetHisab, we collect: phone number, name, business name, email (optional), language preference, vehicle registration numbers, driver details, compliance documents, trip information, expense records, receipt images, GPS location, and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for account management, core service delivery, compliance checks via Surepass/Vahan API, WhatsApp alerts, OCR processing, analytics, customer support, and legal compliance.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in India. FleetHisab operates with an offline-first architecture. All data transmission uses TLS 1.2+ encryption. JWT-based authentication with token rotation.
